As you can see in the caption, this post is Sydney Sweeney’s announcement for her brand partnership with SOL by Jergens. The self-tanner is used to give people a glowing skin tone without having to sit in the sun’s UV rays to get it. Sweeney definitely looks amazing here, so it seems like the results speak for themself. Check out the Instagram post below:
Sydney Sweeney is fresh off her role as Cassie Howard in Season 2 of the hit HBO series Euphoria. The show has quickly become one of the premium cable network’s most popular efforts, thanks in no small part to the performances and characters of actresses like Zendaya and Sweeney. Sweeney’s next project will be a film called National Anthem, which is currently in production. The movie tells the story of a small South Dakota town that falls into mayhem when a rare Lakota artifact enters the black market. Sydney Sweeney plays a lead role as Penny Jo Poplin. The movie also stars Eric Dane, Simon Rex, Halsey, and many more. Tony Tost wrote the screenplay and handles directing duties.
Sydney Sweeney also looks to be joining the Sony Spiderverse, as she was recently reported to be co-starring in the upcoming Madame Web film with Dakota Johnson. There’s no word yet on what role she’ll be playing, but anytime someone gets cast as a star in a big superhero film, there’s bound to be potential for sequels and crossovers. Other members of the Sony Spiderverse include Tom Hardy’s Venom, the upcoming Morbius movie that stars Jared Leto, and the upcoming film about long-time Spider-Man nemesis Kraven the Hunter, which stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson. With Tom Hardy’s Venom making the briefest appearance in the post-credits sequence of Spider-Man: No Way Home, perhaps there are some MCU crossovers for Sydney Sweeney to make in the future. Who knows, maybe she’ll even cross paths with her fellow Euphoria co-star Zendaya, who has starred in multiple MCU movies at this point.
In the meantime, Sydney Sweeney is probably content to keep fans updated on her social media profile. She has a fairly active Instagram presence, with the SOL by Jergens partnership being the latest post to fill us in about what she’s up to. She often posts her latest outfits and photoshoots, along with news about upcoming roles and some behind-the-scenes looks on the roles she’s currently working on. If you’re a fan of the actress, her Instagram is definitely worth a follow.
While there’s no official premiere date yet, you can bet that you’ll get to see Sydney Sweeney in one of her biggest roles as Cassie in Euphoria in another season. HBO has already confirmed the series has been renewed, so until then hopefully, we’ll get to check out some other projects from Sweeney.
