In 2012, he made his first film appearance by playing the role of Rohit Khurana in the Hindi movie, From Sydney with Love, in which he co-starred alongside Bidita Bag, Karan Sagoo, and Evelyn Sharma.
For his role in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, he bagged several accolades including Indian Telly Award for “Best Actor Male (Critics)”, Gold Award for “Best Debut (Male)”, and Kalakar Award for “Best Actor Male”.
He brought to life the character of Rishi Singh Bedi/Ranbir Kapoor in the Hindi romantic television series, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, from 2016 to 2018 and this role won him the 2016 Gold Award for “Best Onscreen Couple” (With Kratika Sengar) while he was also nominated for an Asian Viewers Television Award for “Male Actor Of The Year”.
